Alternate title idea: "Butterfly Emperor".
I see so many faces (partly of weird aliens ;)) in this that I have doubts about which one is the real one. Thus, totem pole, indeed :D

It's another piece where I can get lost while looking at the details - lots of fine structures in the center, delicate fins(?) that may either be of gray metal or ghostly vibrating - or both - and the reflected fuzzy colors on the wings: All seems to make sense in a strange way.
